Miguel Cotto earned an 11th round TKO victory over Zab Judah to retain his WBA Welterweight title. Even after hitting Judah with two low blows and losing a point early in the fight, Cotto remained calm and in control and continously pressured Judah. Cotto continued to attack Judah in the later rounds, forcing Judah to go down to his knees in the ninth, get knocked down in the 11th, and eventually forcing referee Arthur Mercante Jr. to stop the fight.
