Oleg Maskaev took down little known Okhello, winning every single round of his twelve round bout. He knocked down Okhello in the 4th and 11th round, but could never pull out the knockout punch. Heavyweight champions Vladimir Klitschko and Nikolay Valuev were in attendance, possibly scouting Maskaev to find any flaws in the champions style.

Maskaev is scheduled to fight the winner of the Toney-Peter fight sometime next year. The winner of that fight could possibly fight the winner of the Valuev-Klitschko fight, which is rumored to take place next year as well, in a unification fight to find the true heavyweight champion of the world.
