MMA News- UFC 73 Stacked Launches Website

UFC73.jpgLas Vegas, Nev. (USA) – The Ultimate Fighting Championship® organization is putting on yet another UFC card stacked with at least five fights that include two intense championship bouts and a heated grudge match between two light heavyweight rivals. The Ultimate Fighting Championship® organization has launched the official site for UFC 73: STACKED taking place live from ARCO Arena in Sacramento, Calif. Saturday, July 7, 2007. UFC 73: STACKED features UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva in his first title defense vs. Nate “The Great” Marquardt. UFC Lightweight Champion Sean “The Muscle Shark” Sherk puts his newly-won belt on the line vs. Brazil’s Hermes Franca, and Tito Ortiz intends to put a painful end to Rashad Evans’ perfect 15-0 record.

The fireworks begin on the UFC 73 site located at http://73.ufc.com. The site is a fully interactive, multi-dimensional online UFC experience. When visitors log on, they are taken to the outside of the Octagon™ looking in through the fence at the fighter match-ups. The main page features the top 3 bout face offs where you can navigate into each fight to find in-depth fight details, highlight reels and photo galleries of each of the fighters in the main three bouts.
In addition to the in depth look into these three bouts, the site includes profiles of the other bouts on the UFC 73 card including the heavyweight match-up of Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira as he steps into the Octagon™ for the first time for a heavyweight war with Heath Herring.
There has been a recent surge of popularity for the UFC’s main Internet portal http://www.ufc.com, which regularly attracts about 4 million unique visitors per month. The UFC 73 event website was developed by RED Interactive Agency http://www.FF0000.com, a Los Angeles-based award-winning interactive agency.
