Turn Back the Clock! B-hop flawless against Pavlik!

Atlantic City, NJ - Bernard "the Executioner" Hopkins demolished former undefeated Kelly "the Ghost" Pavlik over 12 rounds tonight in Atlantic City. A 4-1 underdog, Hopkins (49-5-1, 32 KOs) came out determined to show the boxing world that he is still one of the most skillful fighters on the planet. In somewhat of a shocker, Hopkins, known for taking the first half of his fights off, came out strong from the opening bell. Using is slick footwork, shoulder turns, and pure speed, he simply outclassed Pavlik.

Pavlik (34-1, 30KO's) never landed a meaningful punch. Through most of the fight, he seemed lost, roaming the ring aimlessly, while continuously being hit.

As the closing bell rang, Hopkins gave a long stare down to the ringside media who had almost unanimously agreed Hopkins was too old and too slow for the younger "stronger" Pavlik. It seems tonight, many in the media should be eating their own words. In my opinion, the was one of the greatest boxing performances this fan has ever seen.

Dawson Vows to Shut Tarver Up Saturday Night!

LAS VEGAS, NEV. (October 4, 2008)- Undefeated former World Boxing Council (WBC) light heavyweight champion "BAD" CHAD DAWSON is ready to dig for gold when he challenges International Boxing Federation (IBF) / International Boxing Organization (IBO) light heavyweight champion Antonio Tarver next Saturday in Las Vegas.

"Drill baby, drill! That's what I'm going to do to Anphonyo Tarver when I finally get that 14-carat chump into the ring," said Dawson from his Las Vegas-based training camp. "At least I won't have to go offshore to get my hands on him. Tarver's going to need a financial bailout to pay for a new set of teeth. I just hope his dentist gets the cash up front because 'Old Chapter 7' isn't the most reliable when it comes to paying off his debts. Getting rid of Tarver is not just my mission, it's a public service!"

Kimbo Loses to Shamrock Replacement!

Ft. Lauderdale, Fl - Street Brawling King Kimbo Slice suffered a shock TKO loss to last minute replacement and unknown Seth Petruzelli tonight in his hometown. Petruzelli filled in for UFC veteran Ken Shamrock after Shamrock was forced to pull out of the fight with an eye injury.

The bout lasted all but 14 seconds as Petruzelli landed a flush jab to Kimbo's jaw that seemed to stun the brawler. After a number of strikes to the head, referee Troy Waugh stepped in.

This shock defeat sent shock waves through the MMA world and could spell the end to Elite XC's short run. With only a hand full of Ex-UFC fighters, uncluding Frank and Ken Shamrock, Tank Abbot, and soon to be Tito Ortiz, no one is sure what will happen to Elite XC or what is in store for Kimbo Slice.
